Terms and Conditions Swiss FinTech Fair Giveaway Ticket
- The participation for this Giveaway is free and no purchase is required.
- This Giveaway is not sponsored, financed, administered, or in any way associated with Linkedin or any other social network.
- DURATION OF THE GIVEAWAY
The Giveaway opens on Wednesday 01 September 2021, from 10:00 GMT and ends on Friday, 03 September at 10:00 GMT. The winner will be announced on Friday 03 September 2021 (until the end of the day) by email. - PARTICIPATION RULES
In order for the participation to be valid, the participant must comply with all the rules of this Giveaway as mentioned below. The Giveaway is open to any natural person, aged 18 or over.
4.1. The Participation in the Giveaway consists of:
a) Follow the Linkedin page @Apiax
b) Fill in the Linkedin form with first and last name and a valid email address.
4.2 Each participant can participate one time only.
4.3. The 3 winners will be chosen randomly through the website Comment Picker.
4.4 After the winners have been elected, they will receive an email from Apiax in order to claim their Swiss Fintech ticket. - By providing all the data requested in this Giveaway, the participant declares their acceptance, in full and without reservation, of the terms and conditions described in this page, as well as Apiax Privacy Policy.
- By participating in this Giveaway we will subscribe you also to our newsletter and send you occasional emails. Please be aware, by providing your consent, you agree to the Privacy Policy and allow Apiax to store and process your personal information submitted. You may unsubscribe from our emails at any time.
- CLAIMING THE PRIZE (Swiss FinTech Fair TICKET)
7.1. The winner will receive a single person Swiss FinTech Fair Ticket.
7.2. If the winner does not claim the prize within 24h, the prize will be awarded to another person, selected again at random using the same method.
7.3. Fake profiles or invalid emails will be automatically disqualified from the Giveaway.
7.4. By entering any Giveaway, participants are obliged to agree to the general rules
contained in this document and other specific ones to be mentioned in the Giveaway itself.
7.5. Any participant who does not fulfill these conditions or refuses to comply with them will be disqualified without prior notice. - FINAL CONSIDERATIONS
8.1. APIAX reserves the right to suspend or change, at any time, this regulation, whenever it deems it necessary, making the changes effective after its publication on this same page.
8.2. The prize awarded is not transferable or redeemable for cash.

APIAX will not be responsible for the impossibility of participating in the action due to network failures or errors, for the impossibility/difficulty of access or non-availability of this Giveaway on Linkedin, nor for its compatibility with operating systems, computer programs used for internet access, respective terminal settings and/or internet access capacity of participants in the competition or users of the application.
