Our Cross-border Compliance offering continued to evolve with expanded coverage of rule sets and newly digitised market-specific restrictions. To continue learning about the pain points and successes of our clients and prospects when it comes to cross-border business, we have launched our biennial Cross-border Compliance Survey—and we’d love your input!

This year, we published the first-ever Content Compliance Black Book, sharing insights from industry practitioners across marketing, sales, legal & compliance on how they tackle compliance challenges when it comes to creating marketing/sales content.
The findings are eye-opening, and set the stage for the growing importance of content governance, embedded compliance, and MarTech and RegTech convergence.

We also sponsored our annual collaborative webinar with Hubbis about the tech priorities of COOs and WealthTech leaders in Asia. The discussion also provides insights on compliance transformation, AI adoption, and operational efficiency from key players in Asia.
Community and events
Apiax Networking Mixers
We have been hosting Apiax Mixer networking events since 2022 and this year we doubled-down in Zürich. We hosted a mixer in June and in November, both at the vibrant venue of Amboss Rampe bar where financial technology discussions flowed into fun jam sessions!

Our email and LinkedIn newsletter subscribers continued strong momentum this year, expanding our subscriber base and engaging thousands across wealth and asset management, retail and corporate banking, investment and more!
